How do I go for Returns?


If you need to return an item you must inform us within the 2 days and send back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. For, Our International Customers the period will exceed to max 30 days for whole return process.

We advise not to request a return for items through the phone call, what’s app and Live Chat. Any Return Informed from these resources will not be responded. 

Once you’ve emailed your return request, and it has been approved we’ll send an email over to you with the next steps. If you’re having any trouble with this process please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, through our Contact Us  page

PLEASE NOTE: Any item(s) that are rejected by our sales team for reasons of not being in a sales condition listed below will be returned back to you,

The following items are excluded from the return process:

  1. The items must have all tags attached/ Original Packing and are returned with correct order details/invoice. If not so, the returns will be rejected.
  2. The Items will not be accepted for return which are being damaged due to mishandling, Customisation and Alternation.

The Items Consider in Sales Condition will be accepted with 25% Re-Stocking Charges excluding the postage. 

Please allow up to 12-14 working days of your parcel being delivered back to us for your refund to be processed, all refunds will be made into the same payment method used at the checkout to purchase the items.


An item I've ordered is missing, what should I do?


Extremely apologist! Sometimes if an item is very popular it may go out of stock by the time we fulfil your order.

You’ll receive an email ( Please check the Junk/Spam Folders ) if any item from your order is out of stock and if you are due a refund use the below estimation of when to expect refunds to reach your bank account from the point of receiving the notification email from us;

  • Card payments: 5 – 10 working days
  • Bank Transfer: 5 – 10 working days
  • PayPal Balance: 24 - 48 Hours

If an item is missing from your order and you haven’t had an email from us to say the item is out of stock please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, through our Contact Us page who will be happy to help.


Received a Wrong Item/ Order, what should I do?


Let us sort out it for you! The information in regards of wrong item or order should be provided in 2-3 working days. And, Please return the item to us for a further required actions. As long as the item is in stock when we receive the incorrect item back at our warehouse we’ll send this out to you if not, our team will have to process a refund for the item. In these instances, we cannot send out the correct item before receiving the incorrect item back at our warehouse. We also wouldn’t deduct any returns postage from your refund, we don't hold responsibility for missing returned parcels so make sure you obtain a receipt from the post office in case anything goes wrong.

ASA, the parcel got collected by our sales team and checked out. We will email you for confirmation. From this date, please allow up to 12 -14 working days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your return and confirm the refund, we’ll send you an email as soon as this has been done to keep you updated.

Have the returns being received?

 As soon as your parcel has been opened and items have been checked by our returns team we’ll email you to confirm. Unfortunately, we’re unable to email you as soon as your order has arrived back into the Warehouse but if you have a tracking number you’ll be able to see what date it arrives with us.If on the rare cases, you’ve not been contacted within 12-14 days of returning, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team, through our Contact Us page.


Can I exchange an item?


Of course!!  You can request for a replacement within the 2 days. In case, if you had received a wrong item, one of your item is missing, or have changed a mind. Just email us on for further discussion with all the required information to access your order ( Order Number or Name on Order ).
